The
Workout

  • The Flawless Boxing experience is 10 rounds of championship boxing. We begin with a group jump rope warm up to enhance coordination, agility, endurance and footwork. Then you’ll spend approximately 40 minutes (3 minute rounds with a 30 second break after each transition) pounding a variety of punching bags to strengthen and condition your muscles to become the fighter you’ve imagined yourself to be.

  • Certainly! Rome wasn’t built in a day! Our sessions are beginner friendly and our coaches provided one-on-one instruction to show you proper boxing techniques.

  • All of our sessions are beginner friendly. If you feel that you need more coaching, no need to sweat! We offer an Intro to Boxing sessions every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm. (See schedule for details)

  • No. We provide the jump rope and gloves for your first session. However, every participant needs their own hand wraps. We have them available for purchase ($10).

  • Yes. Hand wraps are required during class for protection and sanitary purposes. We use 180’ traditional boxing wraps. Learning to wrap your hands is part of a fighter’s experience. It’s also very therapeutic, it prepares you mentally as you get ready for your training. It’s like putting on your armor before a battle!

  • Our youth sessions (ages 8-14) are Monday-Thursday at 6:30pm.

Adult sessions are (ages 14 and up) Monday-Saturday (see schedule).
